THIS BLOG IS NO LONGER UPDATED

I've started a new web-site, www.permacultureproperties.com and will rarely post on this blog from now on. As fun as it's been to post about all sorts of random, green related issues and products, I no longer have the time to and I'm tired of fielding calls and emails from people who think I sell solar systems or install landscaping. So I've decided to narrow my audience to what I do professionally with this new site. Hope you enjoy it!

If there's interest, I'm open to adding authors to this blog in order to keep fresh content coming.

Yeah well... Why shouldn't I be able to make my own services look cooler?

NATURAL HAZARD REPORTING AGENCIES:

National Disclosure Authority - web-site
To provide the most precise and thorough disclosure report available. We take no shortcuts and make no empty promises. Additionally, we are the only disclosure company committed to being 100% environmentally-friendly in all business activities, and will plant a tree for every paperless report ordered. Each month, National Disclosure Authority (NDA) employees and our friends in the real estate community gather for “Green Day” events and personally plant saplings. This event is just one example of NDA’s dedication towards the preservation and improvement of our environment for today’s and future generations.

FINANCING:
Mortgage Green -
web-site
To advise borrowers intelligently, provide superior solutions and deliver the lowest-priced real estate financing available. To integrate maximum sustainability and the reduction of Clients' global environmental footprint into the real estate finance transaction, without additional burden to the borrower.

FHA Energy Efficient Mortgages - web-site
The Energy Efficient Mortgage Loan program helps current or potential homeowners significantly lower their monthly utility bills by enabling them to incorporate the cost of adding energy efficient improvements into their new home or existing housing. This FHA program eliminates the need for homeowners who are interested in making their home more energy efficient to take out an additional mortgage loan to cover the cost of the improvements they intend to make to their property. The program is available as part of a FHA insured home purchase or by refinancing your current mortgage loan.
