For those of you who enjoy the modern day convenience of a dish washing machine, here's a tip for ya. Flip the switch marked "Heated Dry On" to "Heated Dry Off". Your dish washing machine may be using some other lingo to describe whether or not it will use the power of heat to speed up the dish drying process.
Benefits:
- Save energy by letting your dishes dry on their own.
- Reduces the amount of radiant heat produced in your living space. Especially enjoyable during the hot summer months.
- Radiant heat within kitchen space may cause your refrigerator to work harder.
